For those of you new to this blog, I have more creations at Here
And just to feast your eyes on some awesome talent, take a boo over to Artistic Oupost Blog.
Some very WOW talent on this blog.

I labored, over what to make, for this challenge. I love, love these vintage/nostalgic images from "Artistic Outpost". I have several of their sheets and love the quality of the rubber and perfect impressions.

These images evoke fond memories of my childhood days..the little gal reminds me of the " Campbell's Soup" girl.

The cardfront was done on white cardstock and completed as one layer only. I used a masking technique for the circles and the girl image. Inks were applied with sponges using Stampin Up's New In-Colors.

For the background I simply swiped leftover inks from my painting wells, onto white Cardstock. Next, I applied different mediums to acquire an old Vintage look using gesso and white craft ink. I completed this background using Black craft and a texture stamp by Stampendous.

Happy Valentine's Day

Connie, this is amazing. I think the photo turned out well to show the that there is no layering. Your masking is something to do die for. This card really must have taken a long time to do. Good for you.

Beautiful! Thx for the sweet comments. The butterflies sure took long to do and was a very messy process with all the embossing powder and glitter getting everywhere...lol.
