Blogger's Challenge #96 Alter It

Welcome to Bloggers challenge, this week's challenge was to do an altered item.. Take a tour of this link and feast your eyes on more creations by other blogger challenge players.

I decided to do something different and show case some altered Wooden Letters mounted on Canvas created by my grandchildren. Today, I wanted to celebrate these two young budding artists.

Children are true visionairies in creating art--they are untainted in their young minds and create with honesty..They believe everything to be true..

I posted some pictures also as they are just as special as their art..

Wooden Letters and Canvas Boards - Dollar Store: $4.00

Acrylic Paint - Walmart: $2.00

A day with my grandchildren: $$$ (PRICELESS )

Oh Connie, these are fantastic!!! Your grandchildren did an awesome job on their canvases and painting their first initials. Love them both and I can see who they take after. Tell them I loved their work.

Looks like a lot of fun. I can't wait to have grandchildren to craft with. TFS. Oh, I signed up for a play list after listening to yours one morning. It's not for my blog but for me to listen while to while I surf. Never heard The Circle Game before and quickly added it to my list after I replayed yours about 6 times. Do you know the Cdn singer Laura Smith? Her music style is similar to your version of the Circle Game. Have a nice weekend!

Hugs,

Beth

How wonderful! Reminded me of days spent with my Grandmother and brother in Florida. She was always creating something. Your grand kids are adorable, and talented. Guess we know where that comes from!
