The Simple Thing in Life

My Grandaughter is a sweetie and I do enjoy the "simple things in life"..watching her have fun.
We had an afternoon of good old fashioned play time..no T.V. and no Video Games.

I found some older Basic Grey paks I had..Oh Baby Girl and Skate Shoppe. The paper matched perfectly with her clothing.

The Stampin Up Background Stamp, Tres Chic really complimented the Patterned Paper... My all time favorite little background stamp also from Stampin Up - Boho Backgrounds is stamped on the yellow heart.

I used my Big Shot machine from Sizzix using the Alpha Originals and Sizzlets dies. Stampin Up now sells the Big Shot and awesome selection of dies.


In one of the views you can see some silk flowers, I sprayed the flowers to match the patterned paper, with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist sprays..Although you cannot see it on the image, the flowers are very shimmery on the layout. Someone please invent a button to view shimmer images on the net!!!
